The Plan
Things kick off at 5:30 PM with Antonette sharing her passion for oysters in her signature lively, welcoming way. She’s the founder of Rich Water Oysters, based in Aptos, and she knows how to set the tone for a night that’s relaxed, fun, and full of good energy.
Then we’ll dig into a generous, shrimp boil where oysters are the star—raw, grilled, fried, and stewed—alongside MIRTH’s vegetable-forward dishes, shrimp, really good sausage, and a spread of seasonal sides, all served family-style.
Complimentary beer will be flowing, with wine and cocktails available for purchase.
Think of it as a hands-on dinner party with friends you haven’t met yet, the kind you’ll be talking about long after the last bite. We wrap by 8:30 PM.
