The Plan

Things kick off at 5:30 p.m. with Antonette Kortie of Rich Water Oysters as she shares her passion for all things oysters! Learn from Antonette on how to properly shuck oysters like a pro! Tools will be provided and will be yours to keep. Eat the oysters you shucked or that we shucked for you!!

Then we’ll dig into a generous, shrimp and sausage boil— along with fried oysters, leafy green salad, crusty breads, heirloom tomatoes, and old-fashioned banana pudding!

Complimentary beer will be flowing, with wine and cocktails available for purchase.

Think of it as a hands-on dinner party with friends you haven’t met yet, the kind you’ll be talking about long after the last bite. We wrap by 8:30 PM.
