We’re doing it again.

An impromptu MIRTH Pop-Up is happening Friday, February 20, 2026 at MIRTH in Carmel Valley. Last week’s season opener had us wanting more, so we’re keeping the momentum going.

Because this one came together quickly, the menu will be a little smaller, but just as delicious. Expect a tight lineup of favorites and a few things we’re excited to cook again. Simple, satisfying, and made to share.

Order at the counter, grab your food, and head into the courtyard or take it home. Come by for a quick bite or let the afternoon stretch a little longer than planned.

Grab & Go follows the pop-up on Saturday, February 7, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at MIRTH in Carmel Valley. Fridge and freezer favorites from Friday’s pop-up will be packed and ready to take home. It’s an easy way to cover Super Bowl Sunday, the rest of the weekend, or a few meals for the week ahead.

The Grab & Go menu will be posted after the pop-up on Friday evening. Quantities are limited and available first come, first served.

Our first pop-up of 2026 lands Friday, February 6, from 2:30 to 6:00 PM at MIRTH.

We’re back after a little rest, cooking food we’ve missed making and welcoming everyone back into the courtyard. Expect game-day favorites, familiar comforts, and a few surprises from the kitchen, all served in an easy, relaxed flow. Order at the counter, grab a drink, stay for a while, or take dinner home

Pre-orders open Saturday, January 31 at 9:00 PM. Ordering ahead is the best way to guarantee what you want and keep the weekend simple.

Grab & Go follows on Saturday, February 7, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with fridge and freezer favorites ready to take home.
