Catering

We cater weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and more—any occasion where good food matters.

Staffing is optional. Many events are simply pick-up or drop-off with no service needed. When service is included, it’s relaxed and approachable. MIRTH guests tend to appreciate a style that feels warm, genuine, and easy, with an emphasis on quality over show.

Our relaxed service style emphasizes warmth, ease, and a welcoming atmosphere without the formality of traditional catering. Think carafes of water and wine on the table, attentive staff who know when to step in and when to let guests enjoy, and a focus on great food served in a comfortable way. It’s polished, but never fussy—designed to match the tone of each event while keeping things effortless for everyone.

We don’t have one. MIRTH has catered everything from an intimate anniversary dinner for two to large corporate events.

Bar service is available through our sister company, Quench Bar Catering. We’re happy to coordinate!

We’re based in Carmel Valley, California and cater throughout the Monterey Peninsula and beyond, including Pebble Beach, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Monterey, and Big Sur. We’ve even been known to travel into the San Francisco Bay Area or farther when the occasion calls for it.

Kitchen (Pop-Ups and Grab & Go)

We’re open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For pop-ups or special events, check @mirthkitchen or our Events page.

We announce new pop-ups on our Events page, in our MIRTH Mail, and on Instagram @mirthkitchen.

Nope — we’re first come, first served. Pop-ups and grab-and-go events often sell out, so come early or pre-order when available.

Yes! You can pre-order food to pick up at the pop-up. Pre-ordering usually closes three days before the pop-up.

Our menus change often, but we always include a few gluten-free and plant-based dishes. Check each menu for details.

MIRTH is designed for relaxed, counter-service dining with outdoor courtyard seating for up to 40 guests.

We offer beer and wine during most pop-ups and special events. Check the event listing for details.

Dogs are welcome in our courtyard as long as they’re well-behaved and on a leash.

Yes! You can order MIRTH goods online; however, pick-up must be done in person—we’re not currently shipping.

We don’t offer shipping just yet, but we’re working on it. For now, all orders are for in-store pickup only.
